TOP CANDIES FOR HALLOWEEN

HalloweenHalloween 2015 is upon us! As we get older, we spend so much time thinking about costumes and where we’ll go on the big night that it’s easy to forget about the most important part of this great holiday…CANDY! We polled the office for some favorites. Let us know your sweet preferences in the comments!

I was a big fan of the SweeTARTS three-packs when I was a kid – I’d look forward to my lunches after Halloween, when my mother would put them in for dessert!

Lauren
Kraft caramel squares because my mom always had a jar of them in our house around Halloween, so they remind me of childhood. Plus they’re delicious and I like unwrapping them, like a mini present 🙂

Lara
Asking to choose a favorite candy is like being asked to choose your favorite family member. If I had to choose my favorite Halloween candy, it would be Candy Corn. I don’t know why it gets such a bad rap!

Alisa
REESE’S! As a kid, I never ended up with too many of these in my trick-or-treat bag but they were my favorite!

Melissa
Almond Joy Dark Chocolate is my favorite. Love the crunch. The little bite size ones… no guilt there!

Claudia
Twix minis! They are always my favorite but I like them even more during Halloween because those bite size version make me feel less guilt about how many I eat.

Brennan
Twix. Full size. No explanation necessary.

Gina
Dip n Stick – because who doesn’t love to lick a candy stick and dip it into more powdered candy goodness?

James
I seriously adored pop rocks growing up. And let me tell you that urban legend about your stomach exploding if mixed with Coca-Cola—not true! (I tried and survived!)

I am new to Halloween because we didn’t celebrate this day in Taiwan. My favorite is the Extreme Sour candy. These candy look normal, but are really sour in the core. When I was a kid, I enjoyed watching my friends taking the candy and having really funny faces when they tasted the sour part.
