Go running outside

Beautiful scenery, higher calorie burn are all great incentives to put on your running shoes! It’s also a great way to make sure you get some fresh air in the winter months.

Exercise with friends

Working out in a group is always fun. It’s a date in our diaries whereby we can catch up with friends as well as helping us to stick to our fitness goals. Encouraging each other to keep motivated, you can become each other’s GYMSPIRATION!


Attend a fitness class

Burning calories doesn’t always have to be such hard work, exercise can be fun too! Why not try a Zumba class? Dancing to upbeat music motivates us to work harder. We always leave Zumba feeling more energetic with a smile on our face!
