Go running outside

Beautiful scenery, higher calorie burn are all great incentives to put on your running shoes! It’s also a great way to make sure you get some fresh air in the winter months.

Exercise with friends

Working out in a group is always fun. It’s a date in our diaries whereby we can catch up with friends as well as helping us to stick to our fitness goals. Encouraging each other to keep motivated, you can become each other’s GYMSPIRATION!

Attend a fitness class

Burning calories doesn’t always have to be such hard work, exercise can be fun too! Why not try a Zumba class? Dancing to upbeat music motivates us to work harder. We always leave Zumba feeling more energetic with a smile on our face!

New year, new shoes!

Our Skechers Flex Appeal- Next Generation trainers (Style #11883 GYCL) with hot pink colour pops brighten up our day! They are so lightweight and comfortable, we feel as though we’re walking on air! They’ll have you sprinting in style throughout 2016 for sure.

Make your work out part of your routine

Keeping to your workout regime may be tough at first, but as soon as you incorporate it into part of your routine you will be less likely to skip a session. Whether you get your workout done first thing in the morning or in the evening after work, keeping to a routine will make exercising a habit rather than a hindrance. Remember everyone has 24 hours in a day it’s how you use them that makes the difference!

Whether you’re looking to tone up, loose those extra holiday pounds or just live a healthy and active lifestyle, we hope this helps you achieve your goals for 2016!
